The building is around 600 years old and is steeped in Cantabrian history. The apartment is surrounded by 6 Juliet balconies. It is situated at the beginning of the old quarter next to the town hall, in a square. The beach is a five minute walk, shops, bars, restaurants, and the bus station with buses to Bilbao and Santander are a 2 minute walk.
